The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, organization, and teamwork, with daily interaction with residents and prospects, plus coordination of paperwork and office duties.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to use basic computer tools in a Windows environment.
• Assist leasing activities of the leasing staff and meet deadlines.
• Be courteous, professional and well organized.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Tour property with prospects and answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Highlight community quality and lifestyle to drive sales.
• Assist prospects in qualification for an apartment and initiate background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
• Provide unmatched service to residents to support retention.
• Coordinate paperwork related to rentals and office activities.
