Responsibilities

• Tour property with prospects and explain amenities to generate interest.
• Highlight community quality and apartment lifestyle to drive sales.
• Assist prospects with qualification and initiate background checks.
• Prepare apartments for move-in and coordinate paperwork.
• Deliver excellent service to residents and support retention.
• Perform office tasks and paperwork related to rentals.
