Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Hyde Park at Valley Ranch multifamily community. You will partner with onsite management to generate interest, tour the property, and present the amenities to prospects and residents, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting occupancy and rent growth.

In this role you’ll qualify applicants, coordinate move-in readiness, and maintain professional standards while traveling between properties as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by touring the property and answering questions about amenities.
• Drive sales by highlighting community quality and lifestyle.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment home and initiate background checks.
• Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in and coordinate paperwork.
• Deliver unmatched service to residents to support retention.
