Job summary

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent for multifamily properties in the Aurora area. You will manage leasing activities, provide outstanding customer service, and nurture positive relationships with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of leasing experience, strong admin and data-entry skills, and familiarity with CRM systems; knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of property leasing experience.
• Strong legal administrative skills for leasing agreements and compliance.
• Proficient data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent phone etiquette for professional client interactions.
• Experience with CRM systems to enhance tenant relations.
• Familiarity with Yardi software is preferred for property management tasks.
• Ability to upsell services while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of LIHTC regulations is a plus for affordable housing initiatives.
• Strong administrative skills to support daily leasing office operations.
• Background in law or legal processes related to property management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective tenants in the leasing process by providing property information and conducting tours of available units.
• Manage applications, data entry and processing, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and lease agreements in the CRM.
• Utilize Entrata for tracking leases, managing tenant accounts, and generating reports.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team using CMMS to ensure timely resolution of tenant issues.
• Stay informed about local housing regulations.
• Support administrative tasks including filing, organizing documents, and marketing efforts.
