Job summary

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) seeks a motivated Leasing Agent to drive occupancy at our multifamily communities in Texas. You will engage prospects, conduct tours, assist with applications, and coordinate move-ins while maintaining accurate records and delivering professional resident service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in multifamily leasing or property management, strong sales and communication skills, and familiarity with CRM or property management software.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of multifamily leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM or property management software preferred.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements preferred.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospect inquiries and follow up promptly.
• Conduct property tours and present apartments, pricing, and lease terms.
• Assist prospects with applications and leasing requirements.
• Support the leasing process through move-in.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records.
• Help with renewals, transfers, and resident retention.
• Provide professional resident service and address leasing questions.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams.
• Support marketing and community leasing activities.
• Maintain leasing documentation and records.
• Follow Fair Housing and site-specific requirements.
• Support leasing, sales, and occupancy goals.
