Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's Highland Townhomes is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant to support on-site management. You will greet visitors, highlight community amenities, and guide prospects through the leasing process to achieve occupancy goals.

You will manage paperwork, coordinate background checks, prepare apartments for move-in, and deliver friendly, professional service to residents, while adhering to company policies and maintaining a high standard of presentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Tour the property with prospects and answer questions about amenities and grounds.
• Highlight the community lifestyle and drive leasing activity to achieve occupancy goals.
• Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks.
• Prepare apartments for move-in and coordinate paperwork.
