Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, show the property, and drive leasing goals. You will manage applications, move‑ins, and ensure a seamless resident experience.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing maintenance requests, maintaining files, and supporting administrative tasks. The role requires customer focus, sales drive, and strong organization.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of Fair Housing laws a plus.
• Intermediate MS Office skills; experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
• Assist in completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
• Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
• Guide residents through move‑in, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Provide superior customer service, responding promptly to inquiries or concerns.
• Process maintenance requests and work with the team to resolve issues.
• Maintain resident files with accuracy; update unit availability.
• Support property management with administrative duties and phone support.
• Conduct move‑out inspections and assist with turnover procedures.
• Handle resident collections in line with Trinity standards.
