Job summary

Arqline is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Georgia to greet guests, present property features professionally, and secure leases from qualified applicants.

You will maintain model units, process applications, coordinate with the Property Manager, and help with renewals, marketing, and resident events while delivering high-level customer service. Strong leasing and closing skills, English communication, and computer proficiency are essential; evenings and weekends flexibility required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required and leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent leasing and closing skills, with good computer familiarity.
• Ability to operate telephone, PC keyboard and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organization and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and show units while ensuring top customer service.
• Prepare lease documents and process applications with credits/background checks.
• Update availability reports and coordinate with Property Manager for approvals.
• Open the leasing office daily and handle renewals and marketing efforts.
• Maintain property knowledge and assist with resident events and leasing goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, Fair Housing, and safety procedures.
• Follow up with prospects and refer to sister communities if needed.
• Coordinate with staff to keep resident information up to date in the database.
