Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the community and provide first-class customer service.
• Show vacant units and follow up on daily traffic to close leases.
• Prepare lease documents and collect deposits per procedures and Fair Housing rules.
• Process applications (credit check, background, rental history) and route to Property Manager for approval.
• Follow up with applicants about status and readiness for move-in.
