UDR, Inc. seeks a Transactions Analyst at our Highlands Ranch corporate office to support underwriting, modeling, due diligence, and valuation of multi-family investment opportunities, including dispositions.

You will prepare reports, analyze property financials and rent rolls, coordinate with vendors, and help manage joint ventures and HOA relationships while ensuring accuracy and timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required or equivalent.
• Experience with financial modeling, due diligence, and market research.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management reports and financial models for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Abstract property financial statements, due diligence documents, and regulatory agreements.
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties during due diligence and site visits.
• Compile property rent rolls and analyze market information impacting value.
