Walker & Dunlop invites a Senior Analyst to support financial modeling of multifamily assets and to help prepare institutional marketing materials. You will work with the Investment Sales team to deliver underwriting, market analysis, and data management essential to closing deals.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and collaboration across the team in a dynamic, client-focused environment with opportunities to grow in a leading CRE capital provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Real Estate preferred and 2+ years in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and Excel proficiency required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with team to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Perform financial analysis of multifamily opportunities using the WDIS underwriting model.
• Assist in researching, writing, and proofreading OM/BOVs for Investment Sales marketing materials.
• Maintain databases tracking market activity, pipeline, and real estate metrics.
• Develop market knowledge through reading industry forecasts and news.
