Ackermann Group in Reynoldsburg, Ohio is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician 2 for The Oaks, a 181-unit community. You will perform unit make-readies, routine maintenance, snow removal, grounds upkeep, and respond to after-hours maintenance requests to keep our properties safe and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• EPA Type I & II, CAMT, or CPO certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform unit make-readies and general maintenance tasks.
• Assist with snow removal and grounds upkeep.
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance and inventory management.
• Support move-in/out inspections.
