Job summary

232 Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, well-maintained multifamily communities in Columbus, OH. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and oversee preventative maintenance to protect asset performance and resident satisfaction.

You may participate in a rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 coverage and support one or more properties with fellow technicians and vendors. A $500 net sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 7 years maintenance experience, or 4 years with EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Trade certification, license, or degree in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair, or Carpentry.
• Advanced expertise in at least one skilled trade.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and overall property condition.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and complete repairs promptly and safely.
• Provide direction to junior technicians and coordinate with contractors on projects.
• Manage maintenance inventory, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and environmental policies.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through responsive, professional service.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 maintenance coverage.
