• Read blueprints and operate power tools and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to CMHA facilities.
• Requisition supplies and materials based on service requests.
• May diagnose and repair malfunctions and appliances.
• Maintain records of work orders and activities; report as required.
• May plaster interior walls and install drywall as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
