Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Houston is seeking a Housekeeper to clean vacant units, office areas, and common spaces, reporting to a Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. You will work closely with maintenance staff to ensure units are ready for occupancy and to keep facilities in good condition.

The role requires safety awareness, ability to follow English or Spanish directions, and a willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed. A High School Diploma or GED is expected.

• Clean office areas, restrooms, cabana, laundry rooms, model apartments and common areas on schedule.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
