Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Houston is seeking a Housekeeper, Multifamily to clean vacant units, common areas, and the office as needed, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. You will collaborate with maintenance staff to maintain property standards and readiness for occupancy.

This role requires safety awareness, a willingness to work evenings or weekends on call, and the ability to take direction in English or Spanish. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and instructions.
• Willing to work evenings or weekends (on call) for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Cleans vacant units and model apartments to prep for marketing and occupancy.
• Cleans property offices, restrooms, cabana, laundry rooms and common areas on schedule.
• Reports maintenance problems to supervisor and follows safety protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
