Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Housekeeper for Multifamily properties in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on cleaning vacant units in preparation for marketing and occupancy, as well as maintaining the property common areas, offices, and model units.

The Housekeeper reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and the Property Manager and will collaborate closely with the maintenance team to ensure safety and cleanliness across all spaces.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cleaning agents and equipment.
• Ability to follow a defined cleaning schedule.
• Capable of working with maintenance staff and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, cabana, laundry rooms, model apartments and common areas on schedule.
• Prepare vacant units for showing and occupancy.
• Report maintenance problems to the supervisor.
• Follow safety guidelines and communicate obstacles to perform duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
