Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Evening Cleaner in Houston to perform a broad range of custodial duties under supervision, following established standards and procedures.

Shift 5:00PM–10:00PM, Monday through Friday; responsibilities include floor care, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, trash removal, high dusting, and reporting maintenance needs. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors, and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate light and heavy floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; perform daily spot cleaning and periodic high dusting.
• Wash windowsills, interior glass, and entrance doors; clean bathrooms and restock supplies.
• Collect and dispose of building and parking garage trash daily.
• Report maintenance issues and possible defects to supervisors.
