Qualifications

• Education: Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50–75 pounds and performing outdoor maintenance.
• Training: Fair Housing within 1 day of hire; harassment courses within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and common areas daily to enhance curb appeal.
• Clean buildings and grounds and manage supplies.
• Assist with make-ready and other duties as required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and safety compliance.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Report unsafe conditions and respond to resident concerns.
