Butler Plus is a leading provider of doorstep pest control, exterior cleaning, and related services for multifamily communities nationwide. This field role delivers both pest control treatments and pressure washing, requiring strict safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Technicians perform scheduled and on-demand services, document results, and maintain professional communication with residents and property teams, under supervision of a Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid pest control technician license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pest control and pressure washing on multi-family properties.
• Set up safe work zones and protect sensitive areas.
• Complete service records: products, EPA numbers, pest targets, and water usage.
• Maintain professional customer interactions and report issues to management.
• Operate pest control and pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
