Job summary

Butler Plus in Houston, TX is seeking a Field Technician to deliver pest control and exterior cleaning services across multifamily communities. You will perform scheduled pest control treatments and pressure washing, install bait stations, and document work in our digital reporting tools.

Under the supervision of a Service Manager, you’ll follow safety guidelines, maintain vehicles and equipment, and communicate clearly with residents and property teams.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check
• Valid pest control license or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Ability to operate pressure washing equipment safely
• Excellent documentation and attention to safety

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pest control and pressure washing services at multi-family properties
• Apply pesticides per label, company protocols, and state regulations
• Install, monitor, and service bait stations and other pest control devices
• Complete service records and photos, maintain compliance with regulations
