Job summary

Butler Plus in southern Florida is seeking a Field Technician to deliver pest control and exterior cleaning services at multi-family properties. You will perform scheduled treatments, operate pressure washing equipment, and maintain safety and documentation standards on every site.

The role requires strong attention to safety, compliance, and customer interaction while following EPA and state regulations. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold or obtain pest control license (within 90 days)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to operate pressure washing equipment
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pest control and pressure washing services on assigned routes at multi-family properties
• Apply pesticides in accordance with label requirements, company protocols, and state regulations
• Install, monitor, and service bait stations, traps, and pest management devices
• Operate commercial pressure washing equipment (up to 4,000 PSI) and adjust pressure by surface type
• Complete service records, photos, and documentation accurately and on time
