The role involves operating pest control and pressure washing equipment, maintaining vehicle readiness, and delivering high-quality customer service across sites in Texas and beyond.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.
• Valid pest control license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to safely operate pressure washing equipment.
• Strong attention to safety, compliance, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pest control and pressure washing services at multi-family properties.
• Apply pesticides per label requirements and regulations.
• Set up safe work zones and protect property infrastructure.
• Complete service records and document pest control and cleaning details.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and escalate issues when needed.
