Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform pest control and pressure washing on assigned routes at multi-family properties.
• Follow label directions, company protocols, and state regulations for pesticide use.
• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment up to 4,000 PSI.
• Complete service records the same day, including pesticides, metrics, and photos.
• Communicate with residents and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Adhere to safety and compliance guidelines and maintain clean, organized vehicle.
