Job summary

Stier Supply Company in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Multifamily Field Manager to oversee field operations, manage scheduling, quality control, and safety on multi-family construction projects. You will lead on-site activities and coordinate with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will attend kickoff and GC meetings, interpret drawings, supervise subcontractors, and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of leadership/management experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with digital devices and field software.

Responsibilities

• Attend Kick Off Meeting to understand the Scope of Work.
• Attend GC Meetings.
• Coordinate scheduling of materials and labor with GC schedule.
• Complete Rough Opening Reports and Quality Control Reports.
• Interpret elevation drawings and convey safety requirements to subcontractors.
• Ensure on-time completion within budget and maintain customer relationships.
