Job summary

Stier Supply Company in Fuquay-Varina, NC, is seeking a Residential Field Manager to lead install teams in new residential neighborhoods, ensuring doors, trim, and hardware are installed to spec on schedule and within budget.

You will build strong relationships with customers and builders, enforce safety standards, juggle multiple projects, and coordinate with other Field Managers. Training is provided, including a 4‑week program with potential NC/SC/GA travel.

Qualifications

• At least two years of leadership/management experience.
• Ability to manage relationships with customers and builders.
• Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Dropbox.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle for daily use.
• Ability to pass drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Field Technicians to complete daily tasks.
• Establish strong relationships with customers and their builders.
• Enforce high safety standards and quality.
• Juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with other Field Managers within the market.
• Schedule and organize the team to meet deadlines.
• Visit construction sites daily to monitor progress and installations.
• Ensure team meets deadlines and company standards.
