Job summary

Stier Supply Company, a family-run construction services leader, seeks a Residential Field Manager in Durham, NC. You will lead field teams to install doors, trim, and hardware in new residential neighborhoods, maintaining schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.

Travel for training across NC/SC/GA may be required. Competitive weekly pay, vehicle allowance, and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

Two or more years in leadership/management preferred.
Ability to manage relationships with customers, builders, and internal teams.
Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft applications, and Dropbox.
Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time-prioritization skills.
Valid driver's license and insured vehicle for daily use.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs of material repeatedly.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Field Technicians to complete daily tasks in new residential neighborhoods.
Establish strong relationships with customers and their builders.
Maintain high safety standards and quality workmanship.
Prioritize and organize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
Work with other Field Managers to allocate teams and workloads.
Visit construction sites daily to monitor progress and ensure correct installations.
