HEPCO Inc is seeking an Energy Efficiency Specialist to oversee multifamily energy efficiency projects, ensuring compliance with BPU orders and client procedures. You will manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and vendor coordination to maximize energy savings.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in energy efficiency or 9 years without a degree, plus strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and attention to detail. Travel within the client’s service territory is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5 years of energy efficiency program experience, or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and program compliance with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage energy efficiency projects per BPU orders and program requirements.
• Develop and maintain processes for implementing multifamily energy efficiency projects.
