Job summary

TALENT Software Services seeks an experienced program manager to oversee energy efficiency projects compliant with BPU orders and client procedures. You will ensure scope, budget, and cost-effectiveness, develop processes for program implementation, and interface with clients, vendors, and consultants to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include QA/QC, managing customer relationships, directing vendors, and ensuring safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Requires B.S. degree with 8 years energy efficiency program experience or 12 years with no degree.
• Must have experience processing milestone payments and forecasting spend.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency measures, implementation and cost.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Travel within client territory for meetings and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage processes for implementing energy efficiency projects and programs per approved BPU programs.
• Interface with client associates, vendors, customers, and consultants to ensure program rules are followed and reporting is accurate.
• Perform and oversee QA/QC; apply energy savings knowledge to oversight.
• Manage customer relationships to provide high-quality program services.
• Coordinate vendors/contractors; review deliverables; monitor performance; review invoices.
