Job summary

Beaumont Electric in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Superintendent - Multifamily to lead the field team on the Naples project. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination with the Project Manager to ensure safety, schedule, and quality on site.

The ideal candidate has multifamily experience, OSHA 30, CPR certification, and a solid background in electrical trades. Competitive salary with full benefits and a company vehicle are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have Multifamily experience.
• Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible estimating experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent in construction-related field.

Responsibilities

• Plans work and schedules.
• Completes required paperwork.
• Initiates and monitors safety program.
• Coordinates with Project Manager and other trades.
• Directs crew and ensures material/tools are available.
• Coordinates with the Project Manager and conducts inspections.
• Manage subcontractors and maintain as-built docs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance on site.
