Norlee Group, Inc., - Multifamily Division, Naples, FL area, is looking for a highly motivated Multifamily Electrical Foreman in the area to join our team. This role requires a very specific background. Applicants MUST be able to demonstrate strong hands-on experience in all phases of multifamily & commercial construction.

We are currently offering a competitive salary, and company vehicle (once MVR has cleared) for this full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Position Summary:

The Multi-Family Electrical Foreman is responsible for leading field crews in the installation, maintenance, and completion of electrical systems on multifamily construction projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with plans, specifications, and company standards.

Leadership & Supervision

Lead, supervise, and mentor electrical crews on multifamily projects ranging from garden-style to mid/high-rise buildings.

Coordinate daily tasks, assign work, and ensure proper manpower allocation.

Train and develop helpers, apprentices, and journeyman electricians.

Project Execution

Oversee installation of electrical systems including rough-in, trim-out, feeders, branch circuits, lighting, devices, panels, and equipment hookups.

Ensure all work meets NEC requirements, local codes, and project specifications.

Review plans, blueprints, and submittals to ensure accurate installation.

Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to the Superintendent or Project Manager.

Quality & Safety

Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance.

Perform quality checks throughout each phase of the project.

Identify potential issues and proactively resolve conflicts to keep the project on track.

Coordination & Communication

Work closely with General Contractors, other trades, and internal teams for proper job sequencing.

Communicate material needs, equipment requirements, and manpower adjustments.

Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, timekeeping, and material tracking.

Problem Solving

Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide solutions quickly and effectively.

Adjust crew tasks and workflow to maintain productivity and meet project deadlines.

Required

4+ years of electrical experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or foreman capacity.

Strong understanding of NEC, local electrical codes, and multifamily construction phases.

Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, risers, and specifications.

Proficient in organizing crews, managing time, and maintaining project workflow.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred

Journeyman Electrician License (state-specific) preferred.

Experience leading teams on multifamily projects (apartments, condos, student housing, etc.).

Knowledge of scheduling tools, material management, and documentation processes.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and in various field conditions.

Able to stand, walk, bend, and work with tools for extended periods.

Field-based, working on active construction sites.

May require overtime or occasional weekend work depending on project needs.
