Job summary

Responsibilities include rough-in, trim-out, feeders, lighting, panels, and equipment hookups; review plans and submittals; maintain daily reports and safety standards on active sites. Requirements: 4+ years electrical experience with 1–2 years in leadership; ability to read plans;

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electrical experience, with 1–2 years in leadership or foreman roles.
• Strong understanding of NEC and local codes and multifamily construction.
• Able to read and interpret electrical plans, risers, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews on multifamily projects from garden-style to mid/high-rise.
• Oversee rough-in, trim-out, feeders, circuits, lighting, devices, panels, and equipment hookups.
• Ensure workmanship meets NEC requirements, codes, and project specs; maintain schedules.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance; perform quality checks.
