Job summary

CoStar Group's Apartments.com is seeking a Sales Associate in Cleveland, OH. You will partner with property owners to sell digital marketing solutions that enhance visibility and drive occupancy across multifamily portfolios.

You will build relationships, present strategic marketing plans, and grow revenue through new business and existing accounts. A bachelor's degree and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Current and valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and upsell/renewals using market data.
• Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor to their marketing plan.
• Grow revenue by expanding accounts with new marketing solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to drive sales revenue and deliver exceptional service.
• Communicate market insights and provide data-driven recommendations.
