Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in construction, development, owner's representation, architecture, or engineering.
• Ability to travel ~25% with site visits.

Aufgaben

• Monitor cost, schedule, and contracts to keep projects on track.
• Track logs for action items, risks, and decisions; support Senior Development Manager.
• Review monthly draws, cost reports, and schedules; flag anomalies.
• Prepare updates for executives covering project status and risks.
