Job summary

Colorado Structures, Inc. DBA CSI Construction Company in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Construction Superintendent to oversee daily onsite coordination and supervision of commercial projects, with emphasis on multi-family builds.

You will work with the Lead Superintendent, PMs, subcontractors and vendors to keep work safe, on schedule and within budget. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain a

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of construction field supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of framing, exteriors and MEPs.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily jobsite activities and field personnel under the Lead Superintendent.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specs and building codes.
• Assist with development and maintenance of project schedules.
• Monitor progress and address delays or conflicts.
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain proper sequencing of trades to meet schedule.
• Coordinate deliveries, staging, and site logistics.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct regular site inspections.
• Monitor quality and coordinate inspections/testings as required.
• Maintain daily logs and field reports.
• Communicate project updates to the Lead Superintendent and Project Manager.
