Job Summary:

Conaway Capital is looking for a dependable and experiencedSuperintendent / Site Operations Managerto oversee interior apartment renovations and exterior capital improvement (CapEx) projects across multifamily properties. This is a hands-on, field-based role requiring strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site work and ensure all jobs follow the project scope
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and independent crews
• Source and purchase cost-effective materials; perform material runs as needed
• Conduct walk-throughs, take measurements, and support project estimating
• Oversee larger CapEx projects, including exterior upgrades and improvements
• Ensure crews are working efficiently, safely, and professionally at all times
• Communicate project updates and any site issues directly with ownership
• Use BuilderTrend to update project status, upload photos, and track progress daily

Requirements:

• Experience in multifamily construction or property maintenance supervision is REQUIRED
• Construction or renovation background
• Familiarity with BuilderTrend or similar project management software (preferred)
• Reliable transportation to job sites around the Tampa Bay area (primarily North Tampa)
• Valid driver’s license andclean driving record
• Must have a smartphone with a working camera
• Comfortable with technology and mobile apps
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
