Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college with emphasis in Construction Technology.
• Five years minimum experience in construction supervisory position.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activities and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review plans and shop drawings to identify constructability issues.
• Maintain safety, quality, and schedule on the job site.
• Maintain weekly time sheets and coordinate with Project Manager.
