Job summary

The Stellar Family of Companies is seeking a multifamily Assistant Superintendent to oversee construction in Kilgore, TX. The role supervises on-site activities, coordinates subcontractors and material suppliers, and ensures adherence to construction documents and company quality standards.

Working under the Director of Construction and Lead Superintendent, you will help maintain the project schedule and budget, resolve on-site issues with architects/engineers, and uphold safety throughout the

Qualifications

• Five years minimum experience in a construction supervisory position with general knowledge of all aspects of high-end construction.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary, and computer skills are preferred.
• Ability to effectively supervise on-site activities and coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activities and coordinate subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Maintain project schedule and budget in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with construction documents and Stellar standards of quality.
• Develop and manage punch lists; resolve issues with architects and engineers as needed.
• Uphold on-site safety, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain EPA log and erosion measures.
