Job summary

The Stellar Family of Companies is seeking a Multifamily Assistant Superintendent in Kilgore, TX to oversee a 3-story wood-frame multifamily project with an elevator. You’ll supervise on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors and material delivery, and ensure work complies with plans, specs, and budget.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, some college in Construction Technology, and at least five years in a construction supervisory role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college or coursework in Construction Technology preferred.
• Five years minimum experience in a construction supervisory role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activities and coordinate subcontractors.
• Coordinate material deliveries and manage site organization.
• Review plans, details, and specs daily to identify issues and solutions.
• Maintain job site safety, conduct toolbox talks, and document progress.
