Job summary

The Stellar Family of Companies is seeking a multifamily Assistant Superintendent to oversee construction in Kilgore, TX. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure quality and safety on a three-story wood-frame project with an elevator.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years in construction supervision. Procore and MS Office experience are a plus, with strong communication and leadership essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college with construction emphasis.
• Five years minimum experience in a construction supervisory position.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary, and computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and material suppliers to meet schedule and budget.
• Review plans and shop drawings for constructability and compliance.
• Maintain safety and quality on site; conduct toolbox talks and site meetings.
• Manage preconstruction meetings for slab/site and oversee subcontractor coordination.
