Job summary

gpac LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler with multifamily construction experience in the Atlanta area. The role partners with project managers, superintendents, and preconstruction teams to develop schedules and track progress from planning through turnover.

Responsibilities include maintaining detailed schedules, coordinating permitting and procurement, monitoring critical path, and preparing narratives and look-ahead schedules to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling construction projects, preferably multifamily.
• Strong understanding of CPM scheduling and construction sequencing.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and collaborate with project teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• General Contractor experience preferred; degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules from preconstruction through project completion.
• Incorporate permitting, procurement, subcontractor activities, inspections, and phased occupancy into project schedules.
• Work closely with field teams to verify progress, update schedules, and evaluate construction sequencing.
• Monitor critical path activities and identify potential delays, scheduling conflicts, and milestone impacts.
• Assist project teams with recovery schedules and adjustments to maintain project deadlines.
• Prepare schedule narratives, milestone reports, and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate multifamily scheduling requirements, including trade sequencing, unit completion, and turnover.
