ARCO/Murray in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Project Manager to drive project performance from design to completion. You will lead planning, budgeting, and client coordination, while guiding the design team and subcontractors to deliver high-quality multifamily, senior living, or related projects.

You will own preconstruction and on-site execution, review contracts and fees, and manage schedules and cost control.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 3-7 years of construction management or engineering design experience.
• Experience leading ground-up multifamily, senior living, hospitality, or student housing projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of the project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Collaborate with clients and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and budgets.
• Participate in proposals, review scope, discuss cost-saving ideas, and negotiate contracts & fees.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout for all trades and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to procure material or equipment directly when advantageous.
• Work with the project team to develop subcontractor scopes, schedule, and site logistics.
• Lead preconstruction planning meetings to solve constructability and manpower issues.
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly meetings on-site to review progress and address challenges.
• Track project performance against budget; prepare pay applications and progress reports.
