Job summary

Greystar's Corporate Internship program provides a hands-on introduction to the multifamily construction industry, offering students a chance to work on Greystar's portfolio of multimillion-dollar projects.

You will assist the project team, participate in planning meetings, and gain exposure to preconstruction activities such as takeoffs and estimates, with mentorship and opportunities for future roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in management of overall site, subcontractors, and inspection of completed work
• Handle project controls management, including requests for information, submittals, document management, change management and quality control
• Participate in project planning meetings and reviews
• Assist the preconstruction team in performing quantity take offs, developing bid packages, soliciting bids, and preparing estimates
