Job summary

Greystar is offering a Summer Internship in the multifamily construction sector. You will join an in‑house general contractor to gain hands‑on experience on multimillion‑dollar projects, emphasizing clear communication and quality at every step.

You will support the project team, assist with planning, estimates, and bid packages, and participate in site visits and reviews, with 10 weeks of exposure and a capstone project presentation.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time‑management, and project management skills required.
• Ability to effectively track, report, and manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work in a team with owners, architects, subcontractors, and leaders.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in management of overall site, subcontractors, and inspection of completed work.
• Handle project controls management, including requests for information, submittals, document management, change management and quality control.
• Participate in project planning meetings and reviews.
• Assist the preconstruction team in performing quantity take offs, developing bid packages, soliciting bids, and preparing estimates.
