Job summary

Greystar offers a Summer Internship Program in Orlando, FL that provides a 10-week immersion into the multifamily construction industry. You will work on Greystar's portfolio of multimillion-dollar projects as an in-house general contractor intern, emphasizing open communication, quality, and attention to detail.

You will support the preconstruction and project teams, participate in planning meetings, perform quantity take-offs, and help develop bid packages and estimates as you gain hands-on

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to track, report, and manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Demonstrated communication skills and teamwork in a project environment.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in management of overall site, subcontractors, and inspection of completed work.
• Handle project controls management, including RFIs, submittals, document management, change management and quality control.
• Participate in project planning meetings and reviews.
• Assist preconstruction in quantity take-offs, bid packages, soliciting bids, and preparing estimates.
