Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC offers a 10-week Summer Internship in multifamily construction, providing hands-on experience on Greystar's multimillion-dollar projects. You’ll work with in-house teams across Investments, Finance, Marketing, IT, Data, Leasing, Development, or Operations, gaining real responsibility and exposure to the industry.

You will attend planning meetings, learn project controls, and complete a Final Capstone Project to showcase your work and learnings.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
• Ability to track, report, and manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment with owners, architects, subcontractors, and leaders.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related major.
• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2029.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in management of overall site, subcontractors, and inspection of completed work.
• Handle project controls management, including RFIs, submittals, document management, change management and quality control.
• Participate in project planning meetings and reviews.
• Assist preconstruction in quantity take offs, bid packages, bids, and estimates.
