Job summary

Greystar offers a Summer Internship Program in the multifamily construction sector. Interns will join an in-house general contractor team and gain hands-on experience on multimillion-dollar projects, emphasizing open communication, quality, and attention to detail.

Participants will assist with site management, project controls, planning meetings, and preliminary take-offs, while collaborating with owners, architects, subcontractors and leaders across the business.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related major.
• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Strong organizational, time-management and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in management of overall site, subcontractors, and inspection of completed work.
• Handle project controls management: RFIs, submittals, document management, change management and quality control.
• Participate in project planning meetings and reviews.
• Assist preconstruction in quantity take-offs, bid packages, soliciting bids, and preparing estimates.
