Horizon Develop Build Manage in Madison, WI is seeking a Project Engineer to support multifamily construction from preconstruction to closeout. You will coordinate information flow, drawings, and documentation while collaborating with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.

The role emphasizes field coordination, successful project delivery, and growth toward a Project Manager path within a respected organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management and field coordination.
• Ability to read drawings and specs; familiarity with RFIs/submittals.
• Proficient with project management software (Procore preferred) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information flow and documentation from planning through closeout.
• Support project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, budgets, and closeout documents.
• Assist with bid coordination, scope reviews, and contract document preparation.
• Monitor project schedules and support quality walks/inspections to meet project standards.
• Attend and document meetings and track action items.
