Qualifications

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating across project teams.
• Proficiency with construction/project management software (Procore preferred) and scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project), plus MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents (plans/specs) and perform accurate calculations for RFIs/submittals.
• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning by reviewing requirements/specifications and helping coordinate schedules.
• Help manage construction drawings, document control, and permitting workflows.
• Assist with bid solicitation, scope review, and contract document preparation.
• Monitor project schedules and support quality walks/inspections to meet project standards.
• Attend and document project start-up, subcontractor, owner, and progress meetings (agendas, minutes, action items).
• Support project cost management: budget tracking, buyout support, forecasts, invoices, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Assist with field quality audits to verify workmanship and installation standards.
• Create and track punch lists through closeout.
• Support site safety planning, toolbox talks, and compliance with Horizon and OSHA expectations.
• Partner with the Superintendent to identify and resolve deficiencies, RFIs, and hazards.
• Maintain project plans, specs, and drawing sets; track warranties, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, agendas, and logs in Procore or similar PM software.
• Support contract processing and day-to-day administrative coordination.
• Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement efforts.
