Job summary

SRG Residential, a premier multifamily property management firm, seeks a Project Engineer to support Milhaus Construction projects. You will collaborate with PMs and superintendents to ensure safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality, following plans, specs, and standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field and 1–5 years of construction experience, with strong writing, math, and tech skills. On-site duties span field and office environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
1–5 years of construction experience.
Strong written and communication skills.
Strong math, analytical and technology skills.
Experience with Excel, ProCore, Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Construction staff in field and office, including PMs and Superintendents.
Own project documentation, submittals, RFIs, logs, and change orders using ProCore.
Communicate with design consultants and subs to ensure timely information exchange.
Assist in start-up activities for projects (trailers, electrical, plumbing, temporary needs).
Assist with permits procurement and meeting logistics; record meeting minutes.
Track materials procurement and delivery coordination.
Support Construction team in field or office as needed.
Log and track submittals; ensure receipt and timely delivery.
